Product Overview

CO2 Laser Marking Machine / Custom Model

This CO2 laser marking machine is equipped with a stable gas laser generator, operating at a 10.6μm wavelength. This wavelength is highly absorbed by organic materials and synthetic polymers. Unlike fiber lasers that pass through or heat-damage non-metals, this system vaporizes the material surface cleanly to produce legible, wear-resistant text, logos, barcodes, and serial numbers. Suitable for wood, acrylic, glass, paper, leather, and various plastics, it serves as a practical, low-maintenance marking solution for industrial production lines.

  • Wavelength-Specific Absorption

Highly effective energy coupling with non-metal surfaces, reducing thermal distortion and soot formation.

  • Controlled Depth & Contrast

Flexible adjustment of pulse frequency and speed allows for consistent engraving depth and adjustable carbonization levels.

Key Advantages

Why Choose CO2 Laser Marking Machine?

  • Highly Efficient 10.6μm Wavelength

Fiber lasers (1.06μm) are largely reflected or transmitted by non-metals. The 10.6μm wavelength of the CO2 laser is absorbed directly by organic molecules, ensuring efficient energy utilization.

  • Clean Carbonization on Natural Substrates

Creates natural brown-to-black contrast on wood, bamboo, and genuine leather, providing a traditional burnished appearance that cannot be easily replicated by other laser types.

  • Frosted Effect on Glass & Acrylic

Creates a uniform, micro-cracked frosted look on glassware without structural shattering, and delivers clean, smooth edges on acrylic sheets rather than melted residues.

  • Coating Stripping Without Substrate Damage

Highly capable of vaporizing paint, anodized layers, or surface coatings on glass or metal substrates without engraving into the underlying metal, as bare metals reflect this wavelength.

  • Stable RF Metal Tube Option

Available with sealed metal RF laser tubes that offer faster modulation rates, a smaller thermal spot, and a long operational lifespan with gas-refillable designs.

  • Low-Stress, Non-Contact Processing

The laser beam processes the material without physical contact, ensuring thin substrates—such as packaging films, paper, and textiles—are marked without tearing or tearing-related deformation.
